Salvation
What the Bible Says About Being Saved
Believe. Confess. Receive.
Salvation is God’s greatest gift to you.
It’s the moment you’re rescued from sin, shame, and separation from God and given new life in Jesus.
It’s a relationship with Jesus Christ… and it changes everything.
“For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” — Luke 19:10.
Salvation is given freely to you through Jesus’ death and resurrection on the cross.
Salvation is forgiveness of sins and the start of a brand-new life as a child of God.
You don’t earn it. You don’t work for it.

What Salvation Is Not
-
About being “good enough” or earning your own way. None of us can earn God’s acceptance by doing more good than bad.
-
Joining a church or being religious.
It’s not a checklist. It’s a change of heart.
-
Automatic
You’re not born into it. You have to personally accept Jesus’ offer.
Jesus already did the work on the cross. He offers you salvation as a free gift. You just need to receive it.
The Bible makes it clear: “If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”
— Romans 10:9

The Simple Steps to Salvation
How to Be Saved
Jesus made salvation simple because He wants everyone to receive it.
-
Admit you are a sinner who needs a Savior.
-
Believe Jesus died for you and rose again.
-
Call on Jesus to save you — right here, right now.
Are You Ready?
You can settle your eternity today.
All it takes is a simple, heartfelt prayer.
Pray this:
“Jesus, I know I’m a sinner. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I confess You as my Lord and Savior. I’m calling on You to save me. I trust You
alone for my salvation. Thank You for forgiving me and giving me new life. I surrender to You. Amen.”
If you just prayed that and meant it — welcome to God’s family!
The Bible says Heaven is celebrating with you: “I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents…”
Luke 15:7.
